Configuration of suction labeling system
The label remover will rub each bottle at high speed to destroy the label attached to the bottle and separate the label from the bottle.
The suction machine will utilize the effect of gravity and buoyancy as well as the difference in the “mass/area ratio” between the bottle and the label to completely remove the label or film that has been separated but is still attached to the bottle.
Because of the repeated turning and impact, the film’s chance of adhering to the bottle due to moisture entering the next process is greatly minimized.
Inside the oil remover in the plastic bottle are sharp, sturdy alloy serrated knives that slice and peel the label from the plastic bottle. These special claw-like knives are copper-welded to a fast-rotating spindle at a specific angle to push the bottle forward. As the labels are cut, they are blown into the collection chute.
