Our standard heavy-duty plastic granulator machines, sometimes called plastic crushers, are essential machines in the plastic recycling industry.
The cutting chamber of the crusher consists of main shaft, fixed knife, and moving knife. The main shaft of the crushing chamber are made of 304 stainless steel, and the blades are made of D2 (deep cold treatment).tress relieved and dynamically balanced, sturdy and smooth running. The rotary knife has a V-shaped installation angle, the cutting shape is X-shaped, and the extension shaft of the rotor can be added with a speed wheel.
Hot air blowers use hot air to dry plastic material, much like a hair dryer. After dewatering, the plastic material is pumped by the transportation blower and mixed with the hot air through a set of long stainless steel tubes that wind back and forth. As the plastic material is mixed and spun in this long transportation tunnel, the moisture is effectively dewatered. Finally, a cyclone separation unit is used, in which cool air is mixed to further reduce residual moisture.
Depending on the capacity of the clothesline, a centrifugal dewaterer is usually added but only a hot heater is sufficient.
