Our standard heavy-duty plastic granulator machines, sometimes called plastic crushers, are essential machines in the plastic recycling industry.
The cutting chamber of the crusher consists of main shaft, fixed knife, and moving knife. The main shaft of the crushing chamber are made of 304 stainless steel, and the blades are made of D2 (deep cold treatment).tress relieved and dynamically balanced, sturdy and smooth running. The rotary knife has a V-shaped installation angle, the cutting shape is X-shaped, and the extension shaft of the rotor can be added with a speed wheel.
Generally, our screen filter screens range from 10mm to 80mm, but can be customized according to your requirements. The screen and inlet are hydraulically opened and closed with a double oil circuit design
This general-purpose plastic pellet machine adopts the water crushing method, which reduces the friction heat and increases the working time of the blades effectively.
