3. Plastic Pelletizing Machine
Plastic Pelletizing is the final step in plastic recycling, producing uniformly shaped plastic pellets after the waste plastic has been crushed and cleaned. The compacting bin contains a rotor with sharp blades or knives. As the rotor rotates at high speeds, it is pre-shrunk by frictional heat and eventually enters the extruder to form a plastic strip, which is then passed through the pelletizing equipment so that plastic pellets of the right size range can be produced.
