In 2022 our partner in Saudi Arabia returned to China and outlined the customer’s needs at the factory and indicated that this was a very demanding project.

Our partner informed us that the maximum temperature in Saudi Arabia is over 45°C. Not only did the customer require the equipment to run 6 days a week for over 18 hours a day, but also a production line that needed to handle two different materials, we immediately analyzed the project technically and came up with a solution right away.

After the completion of the equipment, the customer came to our factory to watch the test run, the production line was running perfectly, but the customer was worried that the machine could not adapt to the high temperature in Saudi Arabia, so he hoped that we would send out engineers to carry out the installation and debugging.

From the picture below, it can be seen that the customer’s worry is redundant, the production line is running perfectly under the high temperature environment, and there is no downtime.
