A plastic granulator is a machine that uses rotating and stationary blades to break down plastic waste into small granules of a consistent size.
The principle is to use high inertia impact, with sharp edges of the movable knife and rotating shaft on both sides of the fixed fixed knife mutual shear way to cut the material, so that further processing conditions can be achieved, such as washing and pelletizer. The size of the finished product after processing is between 8~16mm (the size of the finished product can be determined by the aperture of the customised screen).
Generally speaking, large-size materials (e.g., large pipes) should first be torn into pieces by shredder, and then crushed into small pieces by granulators, which can be used as raw materials for reprocessing.

Plastic crusher is also a machine that uses rotating and fixed blades to break down plastic waste into small particles of uniform size. However, it is smaller in size and usually has a capacity of 300-1000kg/h. It is limited in its ability to process shaped materials, sheet materials or tubes.
It is suitable for processing small volume of plastic containers such as hollow bottles, hollow drums, etc. which have very low contamination and do not contain non-plastic wastes such as sediment and metal. For large volumes of waste plastics, we recommend the use of a granulators.
