Working Principle
Bottles are crushed together with caps and rings, which are made of PP or HDPE.
After crushing and mixing the fragments, utilizing the difference in specific gravity between different plastics (~1.3/~0.8), and using water with a specific gravity of 1 as the medium, the hot float washing machine and the rinsing machine will cause the PET fragments to precipitate, and the cap fragments will float so that the PET fragments will achieve the effect of re-purification.
The bottle cap fragments can be collected and sold as by-products.
